Is 15 year old brass still safe to reload?

I had 2 x 15 year old 9mm reloads blow out on me at the feed ramp. These were bulk reloads I bought at a gunshow from a high volume reloader. The cases showed some signs of corrosion. I don't know if it got some water in it or what but the corrosion apparently grew slowly for 15 years and left the case weakened.

For brass that isn't loaded, I'd inspect with a light. The good thing about brass corrosion is that it is colorful and messy so it isn't hard to see. If you don't see any corrosion, I'd say you're good.
