That's itInterapid?
312-B15
That's the one I use too.That's it
The Interapid is the best you can get. However, there are other, cheaper options but you get what you pay for.
The Mity with a 1.5" stylus might be the best of both worlds. They're just fatiguing to read because the dial is small. The 513-504 is nice because it fits in most chambers. I'll have the Interapid tomorrow... I'll offset a test bar and line them all up and see how they respond.
Jus da tipI'll be able to do it with the 2.75" point.
Currently trying to get long island indicator to cancel my order and just send me the 5.5 tip.
I've done it already, as I'm sure have others. I'm curious if Aaron's results are the same.Yes I would like to see that done.
I think you'll find it's just as sensitive as the Interapid, but the dial is so small it's very hard to see the needle move.I'll be able to do it with the 2.75" point
Think 33xc and 416 sized chambers.I can't imagine laying down a 5.5" stylus in a 6mm bore and trying to indicate with it.
Its a good tool to have in your bag of tricks. Its built like a fine watchStill with 30+cal and 5.5" stylus and a shallow angle, I can't imagine it's reliable. I dunno...I'm a skeptic on it. Buy hey, I've been wrong before...as long as it works for you.![]()
