This Tool is for checking inside the case around the .200" Line to feel inside to gauge for impending
case head separation
When you run the tool up and down inside the case in this area it should feel smooth
if you can feel an indentation or something different or off right in that line
You should toss the case because it is about to come apart
This tool prevents that from happening to you by knowing the case has stretched too much already.
