These are what I use. They come with 40 moa of inserts and that's more than most scopes can handle.

Yup. Me too. 80% of my guns have picatinny rails and Burris XTR rings. They save a lot of head aches by using the inserts. No scope damage. No slippage. Easy to add or subtract elevation. I think they’re worth the extra money.
