Even when FedEx states,
"Shippers with a Federal Firearm License
Only customers holding a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and federal, state, or local government agencies may ship firearms with FedEx. Customers holding an FFL must enter into an approved FedEx Firearms Shipping Compliance Agreement before shipping any firearms with FedEx. Also, you must be an approved firearm shipper with a signed contract on file with FedEx. For more information, contact your FedEx account executive."
Why post these "Rules" if they won't follow them? Makes it kinda hard to ship customer repairs back and forth. At least I have Speedy delivery in my area that covers the upper midwest, but doesn't help outside of that. I don't think Speedy is big enough for the lefties to worry about hopefully.
Outside of USPS and Speedy, I'm not sure how to legally ship firearms and parts for that matter as a Manufacturer (07 FFL) even to another FFL, not including shipping from and to customer direct which is still legal to do.
The representative who called me or I spoke to told me that they have changed the rules since that was posted. And the rules are not posted. The rules are an internal company policy now and essentially she told me that they're not adding any new FFL shippers and that they only grandfathered in the ones they already had that were under the OEM quantity/corporate business level.
