There is a real good series about Creation vs. Evolution given by a former high school science teacher that says in his seminars, that in as little as one year in college, most students turn away from their belief in God and basic core values they were raised with.....

The point I was trying to make is that they will posture and the right will believe it has something to do with their left leaning politics. The right will say that the company is woke and anti-gun. But they're not anti-gun. They are obviously all about shipping as many guns as they can for their big corporate partners.

And when you see the exact same names with majority ownership of these companies you start to realize they can't cut off their nose despite their face. They are obviously going to allow their investments to flourish while doing everything they can possibly do to eliminate the competition.

People who claim to be on the right will say this has something to do with their political leanings and their anti-second amendment stance. That's obviously not true. That's what I meant.

How is that the "left" has al these lawyers running around who love to sue the crap out of people and companies for "constitutional rights", yet the "right" doesn't?

I mean this seems like a clear case of impeding commerce. Certainly worth some effort to find out.

I mean the left has DOZENS of activist organizations filled with lawyers just chomping at the bit to sue someone because some transgender got their feelings hurt at McDonald's or something. But really there is NOTHING on the "conservative" side. I mean where are all the rich "conservative billionaires looking out for the little guy"?

I got the same answer from FedEx, your not eligible. I asked for a reason and the guy didn't know. Got another guy and he started filling out some form for me to get it started, then nothing.

Tried UPS too and didn't get very far. I'm an 07 FFL, so not sure how I "don't qualify".

I feel this belongs in this thread. Most probably already knew this but I didn’t. My uncle sent a scope back to leupold. He messed up and sent it in a old Nikon box. When He dropped it off at the ups store they told him since it could attach to a gun they couldn’t ship it !!!!!. A few people I know has noticed many of their recent deliveries have been by fedex not ups like normal

The notion of privatization of all public works, where you no longer have any rights, except those determined by the owner of the public work, is the real destroyer of freedom in this country. Not the blue verses red. Which is a huge distraction.

Even when FedEx states,

Customers holding an FFL must enter into an approved FedEx Firearms Shipping Compliance Agreement before shipping any firearms with FedEx. Also, you must be an approved firearm shipper with a signed contract on file with FedEx. For more information, contact your FedEx account executive."

Why post these "Rules" if they won't follow them? Makes it kinda hard to ship customer repairs back and forth. At least I have Speedy delivery in my area that covers the upper midwest, but doesn't help outside of that. I don't think Speedy is big enough for the lefties to worry about hopefully.

Outside of USPS and Speedy, I'm not sure how to ship firearms and parts for that matter as a Manufacturer (07 FFL) even to another FFL, not including shipping from and to customer direct which is still legal to do.
