Interchanging stocks

I am wondering something. I am getting my Rem 700 blueprinted and chambered for 6BR. I plan on using it for varmint hunting and the occasional uniformal BR shooting. My plans at this time are to bed the factory wood stock but would like to by a true benchrest stock to change when going to the range. The factory wood be used for field use only. I am wondering if this would be a problem as far affecting load development be it that both bedding jobs turn out to be 100%. Would it not be similar to switch barrel except it is switch stock?

As long as the barrel is flaoted and bolts torqued to the same setting, it should be no problem -- I have considered this myself ;)
