I have one & am less than impressed. It isn't stout enough for uniform measure operation with anything but ball powder & marginal at that. Too much flex in the long piece the measure attaches to. If you want it to swing, it will be even less sturdy unless you loosen the bolt at the rear to move it then tighten it again to use the measure. Not a good plan for what it sounds like you want to do with it.
It looked real handy, & would be perfect for my use if it was more robust. I'm considering making a brace that attaches to the arm near the measure to somewhere on the riser frame, but may go a completely different route.
I use 2 Redding & an old Uniflow for measures & it's fairly quick to change with old die lock rings, 1 on each measure & one below the mount. Not a one twist change, but still fairly quick.
