Info on a 223 with a 1 and 8 twist

Just wondering if anybody has some info on a 223 with a 1 and 8 twist. Having problems to work up a load for it.

I have shot a few thousand rounds with 223/8 twist in both AR and with bolt gun. What type of loads are you looking for. I've shot most bullets from 52's to 80's and a little with 90's . How can I help ?

I would like to try and find a load that will settle at 100 yards. Thanks

I used 68 Hornadys or 69 Sierras with 24.8 RL-15 and 77 Sierras with 24.1 RL-15 in the reduced courses at 100 and 200 yards. All 3 loads were very accurate at 100 and 200 yds. You can easily clean the slow fire prone stage with any of the 3 loads listed. Hope this helps
