Info and value on custom BR rifle

Have tried to post 4 previous times. hope this works.

Here's the rest.
Built on a 700 action ( floorplate is single piece aluminum, no magwell, single shot only ) barrel is approx. 30" w/brake ( top is stamped A.W. Gilkes 6.5 -.284 ), trigger is a Jewell (pull under 1 lb.) stock is custom (no markings that I could find), scope is a Burris 8-32 Signature series.
