Induction annealer

The video above shows what I use for annealing, but I do it without the timer. I figure I can count out 2 or 3 seconds with the same accuracy as many of the other systems out there, and after 2 years using it I am happy with it.

I started working with Fluxeon about 2018 to develop a Flux Conductor tool for annealing cases. They started with a "breadboard" circuit power supply.
Flux Conduction is creating a "magnetic field" between two ferrites (the gray u-shaped thingles). The advantage over Induction Coils is that there is no retained heat by the ferrites
Many years and many dollars later they made it real.
I made a guide to slide the case though the field. It is adjustable for height to accommodate getting the shoulder/neck place in the field. Once the heat process is finished, I just push it over the dropout hole.

KingsX: Interesting setup. Is ferrite some type of non-conductive material? Does this have water flowing through the coil that comes from the box? Or is that the induction line? I presume this will be marketed to shooters by someone called "Fluxeon?"

Fluxeon is the company that sells them. They also seal glass tubes with the power supply.
The Flux Concertation method is the one the unit was designed for. A magnetic field is created between the ferrite material bars and the brass gets heated by this field. The ferrites do not get hot. No need to cool them down.
There is no coil. There is no water.

Induction method is where power is supplied to a coil. The coil gets hot. The brass is put inside the heated coil till cherry red and the dropped out. The coil has to cool down to get consistent temperature. The quick way is to flow coolant around the coil.
