In general terms

What does horizontal spread tell you??
And what does vertical spread tell you??
Are there any general rules with what you or your load work up is telling you
Thanks

In general terms and my experience, horizontal will indicate how well your bullet seating depth is matching the harmonics of your rifle. Vertical dispersion will tell you whether or not your powder selection and charge weight are matching the rest of the rifle/bullet capabilities.JMHO

In general my input is:
Horizontal tells me how good I am doing as a shooter. Vertical tells me how good I'm doing as a reloader.
