IMR 7828SSC

Anybody use - or tried - IMR 7828SSC in a 260AI with 140's? I'm planning on using either H4350 or RL-17 but found an 8lb jug of 7828 in my powder cabinet and wonder if it's worth trying. Any recommended loads?

I have a 260 AI being built now and use 7828 SSC in my 7-08 so I have some on hand as well.

Well it works great in the std 260, so I'm sure it will do good in the AI. It's gonna be a full case, maybe 48+ grains

When I was running the numbers on Quick Load for a new 260 AI build the 7828ssc didn't have the potential of H 4350 which is what I settled on. If you actually test some I would be interested in the results because QL indicated the same thing with H4350 and the Dasher. Turned out to be wrong on that one.

I loaded 44 grs to fire form cases with last night with 129 Hornadays jammed so I'll start with 45 grs and work up from there with 140's with the AI cases. I'll report back how it works out!
