IMR 7383 / RAD 78L powder for .223/5.56?

Hi, does anyone have personal experience using these powders for reloading .223/5.56 with 62gr fmjbt? If so, what data did you use and how did it perform?

Thinking of buying some for plinking purpose.... not further than 100 yds, shooting at steel silhouettes. Thanks.

Just got it to work in the .223 with 23 grains. BEWARE it puts the load at slightly compressed after having been shaken down. Got a CLEAN BURN with 23 grains and good accuracy. I've heard others having success starting at 22.4 grains... but that was a very dirty load for me.
