Ok here are test reports at 100 with both powders. 43.2 5 shot group with 4064 was the best so far and for VARGET 44.

Interesting. Those are close enough I'd recommend OCW/ladder at 300-400y if possible.

Both powders look very similar to me John: very good that is. I assume you had a little wind while testing? Use the 4064 from October to May and Varget in the warmer months....dats my .02. I had IMR 4064 completely fall apart a couple weekends in August last year. When it happens, it will go from laser to shotgun....no mistaking your gun just fell apart.

Ha thanks Scott that's the plan, keep the Varget for the big time but you did a great job on the barrel. See you Saturday my friend. And yes we had a slight head wind that switched a little but she held a great elevation.

Well the 4064 shot great here in AZ. Temperature time of shooting was around 85 starting and ending at 95deg Shot a 393-10 Elevation held nice.
