Impact action for F Class?

I'm not through shooting PRS matches but getting into F Class more now. I've got an Impact action, could it be dropped into a F class style stock and be competitive? All things being relative. Not ready to drop the $$$ on a Borden, Bat, etc etc.

You can get a clapped out 700 with a good barrel and be competitive.
