Identify the manufacturer?

Can anyone identify who the manufacturer of this primer pocket cleaner was? I was at a LGS today when one of the customers began describing a spring loaded, spiral twist, primer pocket cleaner. Insert the tool in a pocket, press the handle toward case and the spring loaded spiral axis would provide the "twist" necessary to scrape carbon/debris from the pocket. The proprietor, upon hearing the description went to the rear of the shop and after fishing around produced one. Pics are below. No manufacturer (or any other) markings.

I believe it was made by Lee. I don't see it on their website, they must not make it any more.

That is a vintage (old) Lee tool. There are a couple of them for sale on e-bay

I had that one back in the 70's.
Works like a Yankee screw driver.
