Sure it was near 80 degrees but wind, light rain and a rainbow graced or confused our shooters. Kind of depends if you were the overall winner, Larry Rutledge, or one of the followers.

That little rainbow that graced our range brought conditions that sure confused some shooters. The score sheets show who was strong and who got baffled.

If you remember old "SavageDasher" from this forum that is not on here anymore, here he is sitting behind and mentoring a brand new shooter. That rifle is one of his creations with a 32' bbl shooting the same H4350 loads he often championed here. His velocity is a serious 3,340 fps with that Dasher.

Now do you remember?
The shoot today was a learning experience as flags showed winds in completely opposite directions AT THE SAME TIME most of the match. More SOY IBS points are available in January and the Florida Two-Day Championship in February. Vacationing this way? Stop by and try your hand at Manatee. It is often quite an experience.
