IBS 600yd Oct. 7th Rattlesnake Ranch

October 7th, 2023 Rattlesnake Ranch Wildlife Club (347 Jenkins RD. Dover, NC) will have the second of its two IBS 600y matches of the year.

$30.00 for Heavy Gun
$30.00 for Light Gun
($55.00 for Two Gun)

$10.00 meal tickets are available for lunch.

1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes for each gun class and Two Gun. Match starts at 9:00AM on October 7th. Early registration is highly encouraged.

The range will be open Friday Oct. 6th for practice from Noon-5:00PM.

There may be an outlaw shoot at 600yds if we have enough interest after the shoot.

Plenty of parking at range. Dry camping available.

The guys at Rattlesnake Ranch have continued to work hard and improve their range and facilities! The range has been graded and widened for an even better view of the 600 yard berm, targets and steel plates. Each target has a steel sight-in plate directly under your target so there is no adjusting at all for hold over or under. They have blocked and concreted their 16 benches so they are now rock solid! The cleaning area and benches are under one roof. They have enclosed a very large area behind the benches/cleaning area where targets are hung. There is plenty of room for there for dinner tables and awards etc. Mens and womens bathrooms are in the same large building. This will make a great place if there is any inclement or cold weather during a match this winter/fall. In short, all facilities are under one roof and now enclosed. Parking is right beside the building so you dont have to tote your equipment far. I understand that Rattlesnake is planning on having 6 matches in Jan, Feb, March. They are looking at the 3rd weekend in each of those months. Two matches a weekend Sat/Sunday. That way people traveling can shoot 2 matches a weekend. They provide a great homemade lunch and deserts! Their southern hospitality is second to none! I hope to see you at Rattlesake Ranch this winter!
