Online voting has been setup on IBS webpage and is live .
Thanks Dave. Been talking with Alibaba about it.
#1 adds a Competition Class, eliminating many of he restrictions for Light and Heavy Gun. Heh? Does that mean we now need three rifles or have to shoot three classes ( three times) to see who the match winner is?
The addition of an Unlimited Class of competition. Many of the restrictions of the Light and Heavy gun classes are removed. Rail guns will be allowed. The purpose of this class is to see if more innovation results in higher precision and smaller groups in Long Range.
What restrictions in Light and Heavy are being removed? Maybe there is no more Light and Heavy?
Have to make time to read the rules and understand what is asked. Especially true in #'s 3 and 4 dealing with non-IBS people asking to shoot during IBS matches.
Paper ballots are not going away the only thing online voting g has changed is you no longer have to be present at the winter meeting g to vote on agenda items. Paper ballots are still needed to make agenda items permanent .I think the online voting it’s a good thing ,are they going to abolish the paper ballots that part I never seen ,but after looking at the actual voting sequence it seems to be relatively simple and all the agendas seem to be worded Appropriately except LR 2, I probably will oppose that one because it’s abolishing some historical values that goes a long ways back.
Thanks but I do like the electronic vote get it done and behind you lord knows I might not be here for paper ballot thanks for giving us that opportunity.Paper

1-28-22When does voting close?
no paper to follow that I can see. The minutes from the Jan 22 meeting are available on the IBS website under "news"LMAO…
If I’m reading this correctly, the online voting is only temporary and a paper ballot will be issued at a later date, to make the ruling permanent, related to this electronic voting?
If I’m reading this incorrectly, please let me know.
You might want to read Post #7 that is why I said If I’m incorrect quote me.no paper to follow that I can see. The minutes from the Jan 22 meeting are available on the IBS website under "news"
