Well the surgery is done and I am home.
Surgery took just over 8 hours. They took it all and think they got all of the cancer but won't be sure for a month or two. All of this medication leaves you in a fog and then they send you home with even more.
They don't tell you all to expect and I guess that may be a good thing. Pain level is still high and will be for awhile and getting used to this bag will be difficult to say the least. But I am still alive and with any luck will be for a while.
When I got married 48 years ago I knew I married above my level and now I am sure of it, she must have snuck off to angel school at some point because it is coming out now.
Well I been up for 2.5 hours and it is starting to hurt so back to bed I go.

And THANKS FOR ALL THE PRAYERS and words of encouragement, it was nice to see and read.
