one rotation of a bench rest nightforce is that the same as a nxs nightforce in moa

NO! the nxs is 1/4 min clicks and the br is 1/8 min clicks which is actually better for target work.

ps after rereading your post my post may not answer your question your question was on 1-rotation not on clicks.
the br has 6-min per revolution or 48 clicks.
maybe some one with an nxs will chime in on min/rev

My older Nightforce 12x42 benchrest scope is 6' per revolution in 1/8' clicks, my newer NXS 5.5x22 is 10' per revolution in 1/4' clicks.
