I Took the BRA off and put the BRX back on @ DOME

Roy Long came over Saturday evening just before dark to tune his 6 BRAI. I had some shells loaded for my BAT BRX. I took my BRAI barrel off the BAT and put the 8 Twist Bartlein BRX on. My scope had to be zeroed. First shot was low, left. I dialed it in and my next two shots went into one hole. Chronoed 2995 fps. After Roy finished at 100 with his BRAI and went to 800 yds with the BRX and printed sub-two inch group and topped it off by taking out the 800 yard golf ball.

BRX Labradar --I deleted the first cold bore shot. It was slow at 2983. Next 2 chronoed 2995 FPS ave.

The BRX has been my most accurate and consistent round I have ever loaded for. Nice shooting.

Been shooting the BRX for 11 yrs now. Not changing a thing. What a great cartridge.

The BRX barrrel came on a rifle I bought from VolDoc. I said I would try the BRX and if I did not like it I would ream it out to a Dasher. But I loved it and may have that BRAI barrrel rechambered to another BRX.

My 16” X has right at 1800 rounds down it about a 3rd of which has been @600yards now after about 50 rds @1K Im still trying to figure out what not to like about it
Maybe someday it can visit the Dome
