I need a rcbs press handle.....

I have recently started teaching a young man how reload his own.
Bought a used rcbs RCII press off another site.
Guy did a crappy job packing it for shipping.
He disconnected the handle and it broke through the package and now it’s lost.
Contacted rcbs and they’re telling me they are closed cause of this covid stuff.
Anyone have an extra handle laying around that I can buy to get this boy set up.
Thanks Clinton

I just sent RCBS a email to their customer/order dept, yesterday and asked about getting a replacement part, gave description and said include a bill or advise me how much, prior to them sending and this morning I had a email back from them saying they have it and will be sending it too me, at no cost.
Try a email to their customer/order dept.
RCBS has always came through for me over many years with parts and/or information on a question.

I should add the this part is for a item, I bought and have had from them for several years, they still said they honor and back their products.

RCBS has always replaced my parts free of charge, even when I admitted to being a DA and breaking them myself, or being the second owner. The only issue I have ever had with RCBS customer service is call wait time, guess I should try the email route next time.

This is what they sent me this morning.
I emailed them yesterday asking for help.
But mike powers is sending me a handle so I can get James up and running and making his own shooting ammunition.
Thanks to everyone.

What about the aftermarket company that makes roller handles? I cant think of the name.

I remembered it is : Inline Fabrication and they make a nice one for 50 bucks but it sure is sweet.

But why pay that much, when if, even a little wait on RCBS will furnish a new one on warranty or good customer service ?

They've sent me parts in the past when I explained that I would be glad to pay for them. I modified some of the dies on my 20 gauge The Grand to make it load 28 gauge shells (successfully I might add) and wanted to buy replacement 20 gauge parts so I could load both gauges and they sent the parts to me free of charge and even paid shipping, and no, I didn't tell them I bastardized their equipment. My 20 gauge Shotshell press originally wouldn't load or crimp shells reliably and was ruining a lot of hulls until I called them. The woman on the other end asked what my recipe was, told me to hold for a minute, came back on the line in a bit and said she had just set up and loaded 25 shells with my recipe flawlessly, and we needed to check some other things. Troubleshooting with she and I both using digital mics revealed a part machined incorrectly and I had the replacement 2 days later. They've always been great to deal with when I've had questions or the lone issue with their equipment. Not to hijack, but Kershaw replaced a blade in a Leek that I had cut a live electrical wire with for the $10 handling fee. I offered to pay for that, but the guy told me to fill out the printable warranty form and send it to them with the knife. I explained it wasn't really warranty work and he said send it in that way anyway. Some great companies and people in this country that deserve notoriety.
