Jim, my friend that has and still makes carbide buttons for Shilen has an old Shilen DGA chambered in 222 1/2 with no rounds on it. I told Jim I would find brass for him.

204 Ruger is also an option.

If you don’t mind starline, they make a 223 basic that should be long enough.

Butch, You've stirred some old coals in the fire box; my Shilen DGA in 222 1/2 is serial number 210. I'll go to the garage and see if I can find you some 222Rem Mag Brass. I do have a Skip Otto die, to form the shoulder set back, that I'll loan you to form some brass. Back in a minute. I found a bag of 50 Remington Brass in 222 Rem Mag new from the Reloaders Bench in Mt. Juliet Tn. Send me your mailing particulars and I'll get it in the mail tomorrow. I've also got some load data that produced some
groups in the one's from a shaky table and a non BR scope. I've been curious about your Grandson, the place kicker, where'd he wind up after college? I voted for him each time you brought those ratings to our attention and have been in hopes he went on
