I Luv My 6PPC

Have shot one group match and one score match so far.

In the group match, I managed to not shoot anyone :) .

In the score match,100 yard), I shot a 250-16x. Big difference was in having gotten a first idea of how to read my flags.

I got the flags, btw, from Flying Fish Fundamentals and I'm pretty happy with them.

The neck is 0.261 in both fired and unfired rounds.

If that is the correct measurement, I would recommend turning your necks an additional 1 to .05 thou less. That is assuming a .262 neck chamber. If the chamber neck is .263 then .261 is about right. The chamber dimension *should* be marked on the barrel.

Shot cases are different :
1.454, 1.456. 1.45, 1.455, 1.452, 1.456, 1.49, 1.471, 1.462.
What is correct size of the shell or it is depend on the rifle?

Depends somewhat on the reamer, but most PPC chambers are around .1500 to .1510. Generally anything under 1.49 is getting too short. Some of the case lengths you are quoting are ridiculously short. Looks to me like someone gave you all their wrongly trimmed cases. I would toss them and start with fresh brass.

Can i just take new 220 Russian brass, size with 6mm pps die, load it, shoot and trim to necessary size or it has to be sized with 6mm die and trimmed before shooting?

Yes, except that you will need to turn case necks first. Cases straight out of the box will be .273 or so around the neck and you note above that the cases you were given with the rifle are .261. Rather than sizing in a 6mm die, you are better to by a neck expanding mandrel to match your neck turner. When you fire form brass from 220 Russian to 6PPC, it will shorten up a few thou. You will not need to trim it after forming and may never need to trim, though you need to measure case length regularly to be sure it doesn’t go past around .1500.

Do you use 220 Russian brasses to form 6mm cartridge?

Yes, its excellent brass.

What is Cartridge Overall Length and length of the brass itself?

These are largely irrelevant measurements on a custom chamber. The chamber dimensions, ideally from the reamer, but I'm guessing you dont have this) will give you meaningful data, not some generic dimension.
