I have a new project, Restoring a old Steam Engine Governor.

I had one more piece that was not in great shape that I had to make, picked up a piece of naval brass and machined a new worm gear and shaft that sets the initial valve pressure.
It’s a 5 pitch left hand lead, I just ground the tool to fit the angle of the old one.

It looks 100% better than the old one, and works great.

I think I’m going for “Best in Show”, LoL
