After numerous emails and phone calls regarding the Farley 20th Anniversary rest that I won, I finally gave up hopes of ever getting the rest. I spoke with another person who had his name drawn and he had to get an attorney involved in order to get his rest. I’ll be purchasing a new rest in the in the near future. It definitely won’t be a Farley.

When I bought mine I was lucky I guess. He talked to me and got my Farley done and out.
I stayed persistent but NICE.
I couldn't get someone to want to help me by being any other way.

No reply to your contacts that began over 19 months ago!!!! These people deserve zero consideration, and they have no excuse. You are a better person than me.....I would out them on every forum.

This is truly sad when a company sponsers an event and then possibly welch on the deal. It sickens me hearing this. The least they could do is say we aren't honoring the win and at least you would know then that they are not good business people. I don't think outing them would do any good because they obviously don't care anyways. You could check with the BBB and give real negative feedback is all you can do this side of a law suit which would exceed the cost of a seb which is not only gorgeous but they care about their customers.
