I worry that such systems do not teach how to manage recoil. That said, they would help to fire at least one aimed round which might be enough…

Teaching my wife to shoot skeet before we got married was one of best things I have done. We have enjoyed shooting together for many years.

Accurate 10 metre air pistols and rifles under 500 fps teach follow through because the barrel time is so long. Follow through is fundamental and largely unknown for newer shooters. No light gizmo can teach you that.
