I an’t doing it

Bottom Fodder

Silver $$ Contributor
Starting to get notices on reloading supplies saying “ we still have __ in stock” so supply’s are starting to become more available and maybe the price has got so high people like me are saying Hell no “I an’t doing it”
I’m not a hoarder but I have traded around and have what I need to shoot the matches I shoot for the next year or so. Because of a stroke I’m not allowed to drive my self right now so running to the range for a fun day anytime I won't is no longer.
So I’m just going to sit back enjoy what I have and hope before I run out the supply is going to over run the demand. RIGHT NOW at these prices “I an’t doing it”

Oops, I did it again. Wasn’t there a song by a certain young lady out there years ago that sang a song entitled that? I don’t think she was singing about reloading supplies though.... anyway I was fortunate enough a month or so ago to snag an 8 pound jug of H-4350 from Brownells. By the time it got shipped to me I had $320 in it which figures out to $40 a pound. Seems kind of high but I was glad to get it. But I won’t do it again...... I am going to be retiring from full-time work in a couple of years. I started stocking up soon after supplies came back when Trump took office... for the first time. Kind of my IRA account(individual reloading account)I am going to be living pretty much on Social Security and some part-time work. I’m glad I stocked up when I did when the prices were lower and readily available, with this extra jug of H- 4350 I should have enough to last me into my 70s

I haven't bought anything but shotgun stuff and shotgun shells in a long time.... I bought enough .22 to shoot for awhile and stay fresh without getting into my stash when covid first started.... This wasn't my first go at a shortage....

Yes she does a Comedy act using it

I'm still trading among like people. Thankfully, I had over 20K primers and almost 100 lbs of powder on hand when this started. Although I'm still looking for certain powders that I'd trade a brick of CCI small pistol or large pistol for. RL15, N140, CFE223, and N540 and getting low on Rem 7 1/2's so could trade for them too. But I'm not paying those extortion prices plus shipping and hazmat. Yet.
