It should be Hydro-formed first then neck turned so I can touch the should neck junction to eliminate donuts.

I recently sent Darrell 200 pcs. of 6BR brass to be formed to 6BRX. They came back to the exact spec. we discussed. He comes highly recommended!!!

Never heard or got a reply on where to send. I've already have them neck turned will this be an issue now with necks getting damaged? Also they have a false shoulder on them ready for fire forming.

what would it cost me to have 100 pieces new Lapua brass formed to 6 BRDX and necks turned to .0125 and shipped to 37145 area code,,

I understand you do some really great work on Hydro Forming and all your other services. I just took a step into Hydro forming for a friends 6BRDX. My first case was very nice. The next 69 or so far were not nearly as good. There is a learning curve for sure and I am humbled by the process. That is another reason I respect so much what you do. Your services take a lot of time and experience. Keep up the good work.

BTW, if you have some hints on Hydro Forming, I am listening (fully understanding that this is your business work product). I sure am not happy with my progress to this point. I have 130 more to go and I need to do a lot better job. BTW, the necks were turned on the 6br brass, which seems to be a mistake prior to forming. But the first case was so good -- I don't have a clue of what I did between the first case and the others.
