Hunting Glove Recommendation

Am looking for hunting glove recommendations . I hunt deer in Illinois using a ladder stand so am sitting for hours at a time. Being 74 my hands get cold pretty easily. For 25+ years I’ve used the same set of wool flip top thinsulate mittens with a pocket for hand warmers. It’s time to replace them and I cannot find a pair like my current ones. I’m looking for a similar pair, flip top mittens with some type of pocket to hold a hand warmer. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Have a blessed Thanksgiving all!

I wear nomex flight gloves(real ones) under insulated wind/waterproof mittens. They should extend past the wrist, like ice fishing mitts. In below zero I can add a hand warmer in the mitt on the backside of my gloved hand. The flight gloves allow good sensitivity on the trigger and extra time for hands to remain warm after slipping off the mitt. The flight gloves will extend well past your wrist which helps a bunch.

Any suggestions much appreciated.
Kind of in the same boat as @TrapperBR549. I can never keep my hands adequately warm with gloves or mittens. So I wear the cheap brown cotton gloves (bought by a dozen pair pack) and just put my hands in my coat pockets. The body heat keeps the pockets warm and I'm not dealing with the loss of feel or clumsiness of dealing with thick gloves or mittens.

I have significant back pain due to injury. This causes the core muscles in my abs to get as hard as rocks and my back muscles, neck muscles to stiffen up. Ironically, all this tension makes the limbs lose blood flow and my hands and feet get cold, and especially my lower legs. I combat this all with :
a down vest under my coat with hot packs in my kidney area. (caution because there is not much feeling on the back and you can get blistered easily...ask me how I know)
bib type overalls with good insulation and windproof material
A full thinsulate parka with optional hood (keeps neck warm)
Mickey Mouse boots
a good gaiter around my neck and head
a wool windproof hat
light gloves, loose fitting
a "tube" handwarmer (insulation/wool blnket material covered in windproof waterproof material with a fleece liner, cuffs on the ends) and hotpacks in the tube. I hang that off my belt with belt loops sewn into the tube or on a strap around my neck and slip my hands in it. I can sit this way a long time as long as I take care to regularly stretch my legs and back. If I do not stand up or move, I still get cold hands and feet. Ive been known to stand in a synthetic sleeping bag pulled up to my shoulders, then sit down in the stand when it is below 10 degrees in the wind.

I also stand hunt in MN and Ontario. My hands get cold easily. My favorite are wool glove/mitts with thinsulate lining like these:
Below about 0F, I use a hand muff

I hunted deer for many years in some fairly nasty weather in the big woods of north central PA.

I've tried a variety of gloves / mittens etc. But the best system I found was a muff with a hand warmer inside. With that, I used mitten with mitten liners which allowed me to remove my hands from the mittens and place in the muff with the hand warmer. Work really well for me.

Today, they make a really good selection of rechargeable electronic handwarmers. I had two pair of Ocoopa's for winter range shooting and predator hunting. Works really well with a muff. They throw a lot of heat for several hours. If you have two, you can double your stay outdoors when one goes low on charge.
