HS precision m700 internal magazine fit

I have a Rem 700 adl that I found a HS precision bdl stock and Rem factory bdl bottom metal for. I couldn't find a bdl magazine,so I removed material from the bottom of the adl magazine, I stopped when I could assemble. The magazine is an even but tight fit to the inside lip of the bottom metal. There is no movement when the stock screws are torqued to 65 inch pound. Should I remove enough of the magazine metal, so it will slightly move when bottom metal is torqued?

Gunwerks video(rem m700 HS precision stock)on YouTube warns that the internal magazine must move slightly after the action screws are torqued, I guess I will remove some more off the bottom edge.
