HS precision M24 Thumbhole Stock

I posted the other day about a buddy wanting to build a slow twist .308win to hunt with and shoot tactical competition using FB bullets. The HS precision M24 thumbhole stock is the stock he is thinking of using. He is thinking about getting one from Stocky Stocks. Does anyone have any feedback on this stock or this company, I don't have any experience with either. Thanks, Brian.

One thing I almost always see on issue rifles is that a cheekpiece has been taped on it as thre is no adjustment for cheek height and it does not have sufficient height for a good cheek weld.

Stockys is good to go.I have dealt with them and they are nice and not flakey.It seems alot of guys who are in business today have character flaws and it shows.I will probably get slammed for this.You can ad a blackhawk soft saddle that straps on and is much more comfortable than anything I have purchased in the past all for less than 30.00.It is waterproof and has 3 removable closed cell foam sheets inside the pocket that holds them. The M24 stock is real nice and rigid too and alot less than a mcmillan that isnt even finished when you get it.If they finish it ,you can expexct to pay around 700.00 plus depending on what you have done to make it a drop in.

I've bought two stocks from stocky stocks very good customer service and fast deliveries. Many nice stocks to choose from. Try looking at the bell and carlson a2 stock I have two and my buddy has one as well great for match shooting as well as hunting.
