Hello everyone,
I just adjusted my factory Howa Trigger, and had a question. I have a Lyman electronic trigger pull gauge and was able to get an average trigger pull weight of around 4 lbs. on my rifle. I read the instructions on how to adjust the trigger pull weight and I was able to get it down to 1.5 lbs without having to hone the trigger face like most people said I would have to do beyond 2 lbs. The trigger is crisp with almost no creep, the safety works perfectly, and the operation is flawless with my snapcaps. My question is should I be concerned that I did not have to modify my trigger any further, or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for any input,
Erik
