Here are the results of an F Class project Rifle. Wayne Young and I set out to create something different and did we ever. The Howa 1500 (.308) action and barrel sits on top of a 1 inch T6061 aluminum rail. I then cut the stock from a piece of Corian and formed it fit my shooting style and needs. We added a Tubb adjustable butt pad with a Limbsaver butt pad. I shoot in the TARGET RIFLE (T/R) class, so the rifle uses a Sinclair F Class Bipod. As pictured, the rifle weighs 17.8 lbs and tracks like a dream. I've had several surgeries to my shoulders and right arm as a result of 20 years in the Army (it happens). I needed a design that would support my recoil problem. Meet the "Howa Rock Rifle"!
