How well do you like the Auto Trickler V2 Trickler?

I sold my omega to go to the V2. It's worth it's weight in gold. I can measure 80 rounds in less than 45 minutes. Maybe 1 out if 15 will be overthrown. If anything it's about a kernel under, which I like. I use 4831sc and it's a heavier powder. So I keep done tweezers and nail clippers next to the scale. I'll clip 20 or kernels in half and drop them in.

Wouldn't clipping them into quarters potentially shrink your groups even more?

Heck use a nail file to shave a few kernels 'till they weigh 0.00015 g, the better for those last few 0.001"s on target!

Unfortunately.... I did it for one match to see if it made a difference, shot the highest score to date. Now it's just superstition I think. There's a few of us that do it.

I am a Palma shooter and my target is twice the size of F class so for me I don't think it would make any difference. Frankly, I doubt the single kernel I add in or subtract makes any difference. But if you can tell the difference maybe it makes sense.

Adams auto-tricker is one of the most important tools on my bench for consistency and saving time. The auto Trickler also eliminates the chance of misreading the scale. Throw light into the pan and set the Trickler to stop at 0-2 kernels light and use tweezers to finish. You can then be seating the bullet as the next powder charge is being trickled to close to perfect.

I just received my V2 trickler this week.

The chargemaster and Omega will most likely never be used again.

A&D 120i/V2 works so good that measuring accurate loads has become very easy.
