How was your experience with practiscore

I logged on and watched to count down, I was ready right when it opened. Had (4) 404 errors. There where 355 spots open when I started and 75 on my final and lucky attempt to get it. Just hope the other's in our group get in off the wait list.

NOT a fun or effective experience
 
I was already registered on Practiscore and was all ready to go at the start. I had no issues and will see some of you next Feb..

No problems from my ipad. I got my grand agg email receipt at 6:01am. This year and last as well as Missoula and several others were no problem.
 
I didnt have any issues registering 2 shooters but understand that some did. The Saturday morning race to get in was indeed stress worthy. I was on the road to a match and my friend was at a match with no service but we got it all in. Actually if it had been on a week day it may have filled up quicker with people being closer or near computers. I realize the process didnt work well for everyone though. I am sorry for those that had issues.

No problem and said if was easy. I was signed upon with problems.

You know, in reading the above emails, it seems like many people that did not have problems were on mobile devices. I was on a desktop computer and had issues, but barely got in. That is just an observation. I am sure many people on desktop computers did just fine on their first try.

I was on a mobile and took 3 tries to get in!
 
I had my account prior to the sign up... Didn't have any problems on my phone sitting in the parking lot waiting to register for a match.

Can any match use practicescore for sign ups? I'm possibly helping with a state silhouette match next year, and the thought of 'only' paper entries and checks drives me nuts. It won't be a huge number of competitors, but if it's relatively easy to set up (have used stripe before) and easy to sign up, then I might propose it.

It is really easy and through Stripe. The best part is that practiscore was made by shooters for match, and it is free (except for Stripe's cut). Yes it does tailor towards a specific kind of match, but just using it as a registration means works great.
 
I can say for myself the registration was fairly smooth except for the fact that if you made a mistake on a field it depended on what kind of field it was as to how it screwed you up in the process. For myself I messed up on entering the credit card information and when it shot me to the top of the page telling me there was an error I scroll down only to find that the fields did not exist anymore. They had completely disappeared, there were no text boxes or anything just blackness. Luckily I quickly refreshed and was able to make my adjustment and get signed up. But I can tell you there were two well established LR high master shooters from my club that ran into the exact same problem with either phone number not being entered or another field being forgotten and when they were shot to the top stating that there was an error the text boxes were still there but when corrected would not allow them to resubmit. They didn’t think to refresh the page and by the time they figured it out registration was full. To say they were upset about the issue is a major understatement.
 
I was ready long before 6 and had my account set up with practiscore. Filled in the fields and got an error message on the credit card number, but was not able to correct it without starting all over. Needless to say when the event sells out in 14 min there is not any room for error. I also had to fill out fields that should have auto filled with the account that was set but did not.
Overall I was very frustrated with the whole process.
