I'm not sure if I'm getting much value out of mine to be honest. It seems to be coming at loads from a different perspective to the other manuals I have. The forewords to each cartridge do make a good read though.
They are quoting the following for your load - Min - 32.0; Max - 35.8 with 105% fill density. Strictly speaking they are figures based on the 75gr match vld target bullet.

I’m thinking you On to something. My most accurate loads do NOT show best ES/SD. I HAVE SEVERAL PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED RIFLES WITH TRUED REM 700 action and premium barrels in stocks with aluminum bedding blocks. Different calibers same result. I use benchrest loading techniques always. BUT BUT I have a few real bench rest guns properly bedded and stocked with aftermarket high-end actions (Panda, Barnard) they immediately showed single digit SD’s with first loads (best guess) while fire forming brass. Wonder? The best way I found to reduce ES and SD is to just LIE about it. I do the same with the gas mileage in my trucks. Makes me feel much better ;D
