How to make 7mm WSM cases from 300 WSM ?

So if I want Norma brass I buy 300 WSM and run it into the 7mm wsm die ? But the 7 wsm has a longer neck ? How is that problem solved ? What is a false shoulder ?

7 wsm has a longer body and shorter neck. A false shoulder is what you will be left with if you run 300wsm into 7mm wsm die. It won't resize the entire neck, the last part of the neck at the shoulder will be bigger. I would adjust your die so that when the round is chambered the bolt is slightly hard to close to keep the case head snug against the bolt when fire forming.
