Yea, all the crazy's moved up from Cali and brought Cali with them. The background check is such a crazy part. I was in the business in California is back through the 90’s and we thought it sucked back then. I left for Oregon but sadly I’m just getting surrounded by the same craziness up here. Up here they’ve introduced a 20 rounds per month bill, it’s nucking futs.
Move in, ruin the place for those there before you, move out....

The crazies are from San Fagcisco and New Azteca(LA), rest of the state is pretty much conservative and normal.Yea, all the crazy's moved up from Cali and brought Cali with them.
Ben, I think you forgot the sarcasm tag. At least I hope you did, because what you describe above isn't even close to being reasonable.
"...shall not be infringed."
I couldn't move to CA if I had to. I have way too many guns and too much ammo to be nutty enough to try and move it....again!This is meant to track those crazies that hoard ammo like a lunatic- you know those guys that have 3 guns and 250rds of ammo stockpiled
you're kidding, right?
I would drive out of state and buy ammo so California does not get one cent more of your money than they have to get.. Just make the trip worth it.
Well that is what I would do. Ignoring an Unconstitutional law is not violating the law. That law blatantly violates the 2nd Ammendment.Problem is, you would still be breaking the law. Part of the California ammo bill says that any ammunition transfer must be from a registered ammunition dealer (commonly called an FFL, but I believe that is a misnomer. You can be a registered CA ammo dealer without holding an FFL.) The other part states that it is illegal to "import ammunition" into California without being a registered ammunition dealer.
I'm not saying that you'd be caught or prosecuted, but rather that the plan is, in theory, illegal.

If only they felt that way...lol , the 2a was put in place so laws like these wouldn't be made along with alot of crap these days , much less what they would like to do.... Unfortunately it's up to the people to use their rights.... The most basic is voting , not even half of Americans get off the couch and do even that.... The founders of this country would kick us right in the sack if they were still around....Well that is what I would do. Ignoring an Unconstitutional law is not violating the law. That law blatantly violates the 2nd Ammendment.
