how to change background color on the bulletin

Hello all, after the upgrade/site maintenance the background color on the daily bulletin section is dark blue and I can hardly read the print. I've looked around on the site but haven't found anywhere that I can change settings,if that is what needs to be done. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim

There was a fault that caused this condition on one file. That file has been changed and fixed, but it may still be stored in your browser cause. The solution is to dump your cache, in other words to "delete temporary internet files". On I-Explorer you do this through Internet options.

I suggest you also hit the "refresh button" if you are on a page that displays dark.
