How to bed NF direct mount?

I dont know if this is the right place for such a question.

I am going to grab one of the NF direct mounts. And the thought came to be how to go about bedding the base to the reciever.

1. Do i just tighten down the front and bed the rear?
How do i ensure the front has 100% contact.

2. Bed both front and rear with guide rods and some elastic straps, wait till it dries. Then remove said guide rods and tighten to spec?

Also any tricks to prevent the scope from slipping in the rings. I have heard of using rosin.

Seem likea good plan of attack for this project. Anyone esle got any other ideas?
