How much to charge for primers?

just talked to guy that has small rifle primers he is asking 175.00 per 1000 cci unreal jaw drop

I'd say how much you charge is directly related to, how bad you want someone to take advantage of you when your in need.

I gave away a brick of spp a couple months ago....

I have about a 4 year supply of primers. Counting practice and matches, if they ever start again. I don't want to sell them but, I would be willing to trade for equal amounts in the ones I shoot the most.
Again, not looking to sell, but if I can help another shooter out, I'd be willing. I have a post in the Reloading thread. Another option since you can't ship primers is sending your brass to a seller to have them primed. Just a thought

If some miracle doesnt happen before Jan 20, if you have components
you better hold on to them, cost or even a profit wont replace them, because the pipeline is going to run dry. There is nothing the anti's

I’m not selling any of my stash except to a friend for about what I paid. Either the future price of primers will rise and I will regret selling so cheap (or at all) or the price will fall and I’ll end up looking like the guy who tried to take advantage of the market.

Just don’t sell. Also, it’s important for us to learn some hard lessons now and then.

I sold 1k of 7 1/2’s to a fellow at gun club for $30 and he was extremely happy. Sold 5K Of 205’s to a guy who shoots PRS professionally. He asked how much? I said I paid $140 + sales tax how about $150? He looked at me and said he didn’t mind me making Some $$$ and I said no I’m not doing that.
