not new to hunting but new to the bench an paper living in east i hunted chucks upstate ny many yrs ago would love to getit on with P'dogs just haven't found anyone to hook=up with yet.. living on the coast nc nothing much going on hear in the way of varmints .. so i bult a wildcat an doing some paper with the rest of the closet queens

I hunt, only shoot paper or steel gongs to practise from time to time.

Use 6PPC and 20BR for vermin and .22LR for rabbits under a lamp.

Add another to the hunter gatherer column. I hunt more than I shoot competitively...but if I stay in WA much longer that might change. Hunting opportunities here are much more limited than back home in MT.

My favorite hunting would be small game and that is with my 20 gauge shotgun or my fathers .22 LR. I also go turkey,20 gauge) and deer,30-30 winchester) that's all I've done to this point. I am a second year hunter this year so i really don't have much on me,experience wise). I'm also a very big fan of archery, saving on buying a whole new bow at the moment. I would really love to try to hunt coyotes in the area but I don't know anyone who really ever went. But that's all i'm really into actually.

I hunt mostly big game. deer, elk, moose, antelope, sheep, and coyotes when I have time. I killed a cow elk w/ a muzzeloader last year. I killed a Oryx (Gemsbok) last year. I killed a small mule deer buck this year. I had 2 bull elk tags this year but did not fill either. Best elk was a 354" 7x7. Small bull moose in WY 34". The whole game is where can I draw a tag and for what and where. Best antelope was a 77 7/8" but it takes 80 to get mentioned in the book. Antelope are fun for long range hunting but I shot the biggest at 80 yds. I have been chased by moose and stalked by black bear ( was hunting with a muzzle loader, it was exciting when the annimals can hurt you)

I hunt for deer with a shotgun as rifles are forbidden,but maybe this year we are supposed to get our rifle season.We will see. The summer is groundhogs using a .223,22-250AI,and .218bee.

This should be a good place for a first post.
I started hunting with my dad 40 some odd years ago and I never get enough of it.
My favorite is deer hunting I'd hunt them with rocks if there was a rock deer season.
Next is hunting squirrels with single shot .22s and muzzle loaders, because it's hard to beat some fried squirrel or some squirrel and dumplins ;D
I also hunt hogs ,turkey, upland birds , doves and varmints.
