How many groove for a barrel

Can someone tell for order a barrel,which are the best for accuracy one with 3,4,5,6 groove on caliber 6,5 .

Krieger, Shilen, Hart, Lilja, Bartlien, Pacnor or whatever high end barrel will shoot well. I'm of the opinion that it does not matter how many lands/grooves a barrel has, just that its installed properly and taken care of by the owner.

OK thanks,but if you can choose like with a pacnor barrel,which one you take ?

I order my Lilja barrels with 3 grooves for two reasons.
One: The lands push the bullet tightly into the opposing groove -- personal opinion.
Two: They are easier to clean as there are less land/groove edges -- my objective opinion compared to my other custom barrels.

Example: I ordered 2 barrels the other day. Called Bruno's and told them I need a 30/17twist and a 22/12twist but they only had a 22/12 Krieger 4 groove. I took the Krieger then called Ron Hoehn for the 30 cal. This was a 6 groove Shilen. It sure is nice to get fast service on barrels. I honestly believe that 90% of the time you'll get a great barrel no matter what you opt for. 5% of the time you'll get a so-so barrel and the other 5% is reserved for incredible barrels. I am currently working with a couple of 6ppc 6 groove Shilens that shoot great and are the easiest cleanig barrels I have ever had. I have also had great luck with Kriegers as well as a 3 groove Lilja and a 6 groove Spencer.

Also....Fresh SHARP reamer! Very important to get the thing off shooting quickly and with minimal effort.
