how do you adjust the tuner please

I'm not certain there is a scientific answer. Some think you can calculate it, but that logic seems flawed given no two rifles/barrels vibrate the same in all conditions and different positions using various ammo. Others suggest you keep dividing the tuner movement by halves to hone in on it. I get into prone position and shoot at 100 yards watching the chronograph to see where the slow and fast rounds impact vertically as I move the tuner from near to far. Compensation is much more obvious at 100 than 50. I usually find a couple of spots where one brand does well, but one spot where different brands with similar velocities are content. If I see shots off the vertical call I tweak the tuner just a bit to see if it improves or gets worse. In other words, trial and error with help from the chronograph. After a while you just know when it is in tune.
