how do i figure out what twist rate i have?... i forgot

As the title says how the heck do i figure out the twist rate? I ordered a bunch of barrels and had em all chambered for switch barrels and forgot what the heck i got....

308s a 10 twist
260s an 8 twist
6xc is 7.5 or 8...
22-250AI is ?.... i got it to shoot 55-64 gr bullets is all i remember... 12?

Insert a cleaning rod with jag and patch into the barrel. Mark the rod relevant to the barrel and use some masking tape to mark the rods position relevant to a circle. Push the rod in the barrel until it has turned one complete revolution or 360 degrees. Mark the rod again and remove it. Measure how many inches between the marks in one complete revolution. If for example that measurement is 12", the barrel is a one in 12.

Perfect easy enough! I knew it had to do with a cleaning rod just never done it! Guess i should have thought about that on my own a little more.... lol thanks!

Push a tight patch or a brush through the barrel it unscrews. Pull a brush from the muzzle.......at the back of the rod guide (or action) put a piece of masking tape on the cleaning rod, mark the top. Pull it until the mark has made one revolution and is back on top. Measure from edge of masking tape to where it started. However many inches, that's your twist. Takes less time to do than it did to write this.
