Suggested Load and powders for this bullet?
Does it like jumping or jamming?

Running out of Berger 105 gr bullets which shoot in the teens to twenties with N 140 and Varget.

thought to try something new :)
thx

These are a copy of the 108 Berger BT or as close as possible. At least according to my measurements and conversation with Ken. The 108 Berger shot best for me at around 12 jump.

The testing I have done with these at 12 jump is very good! I was also testing RL 15.5 at the time.

I haven’t made it back around to testing with Varget yet, but it will likely produce good results also.

These 108 Hottenstein bullets shot from high zeros to low 2’s. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a try.

I have shot some of Ken’s 108s and his 105 Barnstormer’s and they’re like magic in my .243 Win 0.119FB 1-8T Lilja. I did a jump test and everything from .005-0.015 off was in the .1s-.3s at 100. Ken is a great guy and makes some killer bullets.

I shot these in my BR with fine results. I also used them in my 6x47L and got great results!

34.5 grn H4350 in the BR

42.0 grn H4831 in my 6x47L

Both liked around .006 to .008 in the lands.

I would drop those charges by 1.5 grn @ .015 in the lands, find your best load, and start coming off the lands .003 at a time to see what's best in your gun.

But I would expect great results and would think Varget would work in the 6BR case as well. Start low, work up, and start grin'n
