Since I built my 6BR, I have tried using several different bullets to see what all it likes. The Berger 105 hybrid target is an obvious choice, I've also tried the SMK 107 gr. and the Hornady 108 gr. ELD-M. While all of these have shot pretty dang good, I was kind of disappointed in the ELD-M's at 100 yds. They didn't really group like I had expected, especially after shooting the Berger 105's. Well, the 108's shined today. I was able to shoot some groups at 300 yds today and the 108's grouped better than they have since I started shooting them. They must do a lot better at longer ranges. I am looking forward to stretching the legs a little more on this one. This particular load was 30 gr. of Varget, .010" jump, CCI 450 and Lapua brass.
